Connected to
A county sits on top of its associations, its clubs, and ultimately every player. They share one platform.
We're recruiting our first county associations.
We'd rather serve one county completely, every club, every association, every player, than spread thinly across forty. If you're a county officer wondering whether your CBA could be one of the first, talk to us about a structured pilot.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions, answered.
What does Badminton Clubhouse do for a County Badminton Association?
- It is the operational platform for the work counties already do: oversight of the associations and their competitions in your county, junior pathway tracking, town team selection, county event delivery, and the participation reporting Badminton England has been asking for, generated rather than assembled by hand at the year-end.
How do the three county tiers differ?
- Light is for smaller counties who want to support their clubs with bulk licensing and a shared county calendar. Standard adds rollup across the associations beneath the county (competitions, fixtures, standings), junior pathway tools, county event delivery and analytics, the right tier for most active CBAs. Pro adds co-branding as your county’s official digital platform, commerce and revenue share, and dedicated customer success.
Do we have to be in a particular region for this to work?
- No. The platform is built nationally and we’re inviting CBAs from any county to join an early cohort. Talk to us about a structured pilot.
What participation reporting do you produce for Badminton England?
- Affiliated-club counts, member counts by demographic, junior cohort progression, competition participation across the associations in your county, county event attendance. The reports BE asks for, generated on demand from live data with full audit trail.
How does it handle volunteer succession when an officer leaves?
- Every role-holder’s work (drafts, decisions, history) lives in their workspace, not their laptop. Handover is a role-reassign rather than a document hunt. Archives are searchable. The institutional memory of the county stops disappearing when the secretary changes.
Can we co-brand the platform as our county’s own digital home?
- Yes, on the Pro tier. Co-branded surfaces, your county’s identity on member-facing pages, and commerce integration with revenue share to the county. The platform becomes the official digital home of your CBA, hosted and operated by us.
What’s the procurement process?
- Email us. We’ll send the county brief, walk you through a discovery call, and shape a proposal sized to your county. We don’t run an opaque enterprise sales process, counties run on volunteer time and we respect that.
