Pick the four shortcuts that sit along the bottom of your screen on a phone, in any area of the app
Choosing Your Quick Menu
On a phone, every area of Badminton Clubhouse shows a quick menu along the bottom of the screen: four shortcuts of your choosing, plus a More button that always opens the full menu.
You decide which four. The choice is yours alone, nobody else at your club sees or is affected by it, and it follows you to any phone you sign in on.
Choosing your four
- Tap More at the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap Customise menu at the top of the panel that opens.
- Tap the items you want. A tick appears next to each one you pick, and the counter at the top shows how many you have chosen.
- When you have four, tap Save menu.
Putting them in order
As you pick items, they appear in a Your quick menu, in order list at the top of the panel, numbered 1 to 4. That number is the position on the strip: number 1 sits on the far left, number 4 nearest the More button.
Each row has an up arrow and a down arrow to move it, and an X to remove it. Nudge them until the order matches how you want the strip to read, then Save menu.
You must pick exactly four, no more and no fewer, because there are four slots. If you already have four and want to swap one out, tap a ticked item to deselect it first, then tap the one you want instead.
To go back to the standard set at any time, open the same panel and tap Reset.
Each area remembers its own quick menu
The app has several areas, and each keeps its own quick menu:

So you can have Calendar and Games handy in your own area, while your club admin quick menu is set up around Members and Invoices. Changing one never changes another.
If you help run more than one club, your club admin quick menu is the same at each of them. That is deliberate: it means the app is in the same shape wherever you are working.
Nothing is ever hidden
The quick menu is a set of shortcuts, not a limit. More always lists the complete menu for the area you are in, arranged in the same sections as the desktop sidebar, so anything you did not pin is one extra tap away.
On a tablet or computer the bottom bar does not appear at all; the full sidebar is always on screen, and your quick menu choices simply sit unused until you next pick up your phone.
If your quick menu changes on its own
Occasionally a shortcut you pinned may be replaced. This happens when the item is no longer available to you, for example:
- A committee permission was changed, so a page you pinned is no longer yours to open.
- Your club changed what it offers, so a section no longer applies.
- The item was retired in an app update.
Rather than leave you with a gap, the app quietly fills the slot from the standard set. Your other three choices are untouched. Open Customise menu whenever you want to pick a different replacement.
