My Applications

The My applications page (/me/applications) lists every application you've submitted to a club, across all clubs. Use it to track progress, review what you submitted, and withdraw an application if you change your mind.

Getting There

  • From the /me sidebar, tap Applications.
  • From your /me home, the My applications row appears under your My clubs card whenever you have at least one application on file. If anything is awaiting a decision, it shows a count badge.

How the List Is Organised

Applications are split into two sections:

  • Active — applications still awaiting a decision. Status is either Pending or Waitlisted.
  • Decided — applications the club has already responded to: Accepted, Not accepted, Invitation sent, or Withdrawn.

Applications you've withdrawn yourself appear under Decided alongside the club's responses, so you can still see what you submitted and to whom.

Status Meanings

| Status | What it means |

|--------|---------------|

| Pending | Submitted — the club hasn't reviewed it yet |

| Waitlisted | The club has placed you on their waiting list |

| Accepted | The club approved you and you're now a member |

| Invitation sent | The club has sent you an invitation — check My invitations to accept |

| Not accepted | The club declined the application |

| Withdrawn | You withdrew the application before a decision was made |

Application Detail Page

Tap any row in the list to open the application detail page (/me/applications/[id]). The detail page shows:

  • Header — the club, current status, and the dates submitted and (if applicable) decided.
  • Decision (when decided) — outcome, decision date, and any review notes the club has shared with you.
  • Your submission — name, email, age category, ability level, and what you said you were looking for.
  • Junior & guardian details — for junior applications, the child's date of birth and the guardian's name and email.
  • Consent — whether GDPR consent was given at submission.

The data shown is exactly what you submitted at the time. If anything is wrong, contact the club directly — they can correct or re-issue from their side.

Withdrawing an Application

If you change your mind before the club has reviewed your application, you can withdraw it yourself.

You can withdraw an application that is Pending or Waitlisted. Once a decision has been recorded — or once an invitation has been sent — withdrawal is no longer available. In those cases, contact the club if you need to back out.

How to Withdraw

  1. Open the application from /me/applications.
  2. Scroll to the Withdraw application card at the bottom of the page.
  3. Tap Withdraw application.
  4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

When you confirm:

  • The application status changes to Withdrawn immediately.
  • It moves into the Decided section of your list.
  • The committee at the club sees the withdrawal in their applications list and is notified.
  • You can apply again later — withdrawing one application doesn't stop you from submitting a fresh one to the same club.
Tip: Withdrawing is the polite option if you've decided to join a different club, your circumstances have changed, or you submitted by mistake. It tells the committee they don't need to keep your application in their queue.

What If I Don't See My Application?

The list is filtered by your sign-in email address (and, for junior applications, the guardian email). If an application is missing:

  • Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used when applying.
  • For junior applications, you'll only see them if you applied as the named guardian.
  • Very old applications submitted before this page existed might not appear — contact the club directly.
