My Clubs

The My clubs page at /me/clubs is the single place to see everything about your relationship to a club, current memberships, pending applications, invitations waiting for your reply, and clubs you've left. One card per engagement, grouped by what state it's in.

Accessing My clubs

Click Clubs in the /me sidebar (or More → Clubs on mobile). The hero summarises the count of each engagement type, for example "1 invitation · 2 active memberships · 1 past".

What you'll see on each card

Each card represents one engagement with one club. Cards are grouped into buckets:

Bucket What it contains
Action required Invitations you've received, accept, decline, or let them expire
Awaiting decision Applications you've submitted that the committee hasn't reviewed yet
Active Memberships you currently hold (Active, Expiring, or Pending) plus clubs you administer but aren't a playing member of
Past Memberships you've left, applications that were rejected or withdrawn, and invitations that expired or were declined

For each card you'll usually see:

  • The club's logo, name, and primary colour
  • Your status (Active, Expiring, Lapsed, Pending Decision, Waitlisted, etc.), see Membership status
  • For active memberships: a Manage entry-point into /{slug}/admin if you administer the club
  • For invitations: Accept / Decline actions, who the invite is for (you or a junior you guardian), and when it expires
  • For applications: the date submitted, decision date (if reviewed), and a link to the application detail page

Joining another club

The hero has a Find a club button that takes you to /me/find-a-club. From there you can browse clubs near you and apply. See Finding and joining a club.

Leaving a club

Use the Leave this club action on the active-membership card (or visit /{slug}/membership directly). Leaving one club doesn't affect any of your other memberships, they each stand on their own. See Leaving a club.

Clubs you administer but don't play at

If you're a committee member at a club you don't actually play at, e.g. you administer a county or association and the system maps you as admin at one of its clubs, you'll see a distinct "You administer" card variant. These are visually separated from your playing memberships so you don't get counted as a member when you're not.

Junior memberships and children's clubs

If you're a guardian, a Children's clubs section sits below your own cards: one card per child's club membership, badged with the child's display name and status, with a View club button to open the club's site. This works even when you're not a member of the club yourself (the norm at a juniors-only club), and the Clubs link appears in your /me sidebar for exactly this reason, whether or not you hold a membership of your own. The hero summary counts them too, for example "2 children's clubs".

Troubleshooting

A club is missing

  • Make sure you accepted the invitation (check the Action required bucket)
  • For pending applications, decisions can take a few days, check the Awaiting decision bucket
  • If you only administer a club (no playing membership), look in the Active bucket for the You administer card

A pending invitation isn't showing

  • Invitations sent to a different email won't appear here. Ask the club to re-send to the address you log in with.
  • Invitations expire, once expired they move to Past. The club can re-issue.
